Yes — CLY Free is genuinely free forever. No credit card, no trial period, no hidden charges. The free plan supports 2 family members with all core features. You upgrade to ₹499/year only when your family grows beyond 2 members or you want insurance renewal reminders. That's the only catch.
Is my data safe? Who can see my health information? +
Your data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored on Microsoft Azure in India. We are DPDP 2023 compliant. Only you and family members you explicitly approve can see your full data. Doctors scanning the public QR only see blood group, allergies, conditions and emergency contacts — not your documents, reports or policy numbers. We never sell your data.
What if my family member doesn't have a smartphone? +
No problem at all. You create a profile for your elderly parent or anyone without a phone. Then print their Emergency Card — a credit card-sized PDF with a QR code. They carry it in their wallet or purse. Any doctor anywhere can scan it and see everything they need. Zero technology required for the person carrying the card.
Does CLY work without internet in an emergency? +
Yes. The Emergency Card is cached on the phone and works completely offline — no internet needed at all. The printed card with QR also works as a physical fallback. We designed CLY specifically for India where connectivity during emergencies can be unreliable, especially in villages.
Can my family member link to the profile I created for them? +
Yes — this is one of CLY's best features. You add your daughter's profile today with her health details. When she installs CLY 2 years later, her phone number is matched and her complete profile is already ready — zero re-entry of data. She just taps "link me to this family" and it's done in seconds.
What documents can I store? +
You can store Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport and Driving Licence in the document vault. You can also upload any medical reports as PDF or photos — lab reports, prescriptions, X-rays, scans. All stored in encrypted private cloud storage. Only you can access these through a secure time-limited link.
